You can upgrade to a higher tier for more access, or purchase additional credit packs as needed. We'll notify you when you're at 80% of your monthly limit.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Contact sales for custom Enterprise annual agreements.

How many seats are included?

Starter includes 3 seats, Pro includes 5 seats, and Enterprise includes unlimited seats. Additional seats are $20/month each on Starter and Pro, or $240 per seat with annual billing. Invite teammates from Settings > Team. They share the shop trial and do not pay another $1. Confirm extra seats before their recurring charge begins at trial end or the next renewal.
